My Withdrawal Delayed By 10Cric

I am facing an issue with my withdrawal on 10cric, and I would like to request support in resolving it. I requested a withdrawal of approximately Rs 17,000 from my 10cric account linked to the email address mail.sarthak***@gmail.com, and it has been delayed for 2 days. I contacted 10cric customer support regarding this delay and was informed that they are unable to provide an exact timeframe for resolving the issue, and that the finance team is carrying out a routine check. However, I have not received any clear information on when my withdrawal will be processed, which is causing uncertainty and inconvenience. I request that my withdrawal of Rs 17,000 be processed immediately and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I also kindly ask to be informed clearly once the routine checks are completed and the payment has been released.
