I purchased Zwilling's sale series 650600020 for my kitchen from the Pazarama website. MassaGaleri, the company that supplied me, however, included a discount series 650600000 with my shipment. To avoid having to deal with the return, I was tempted to use the wrong product the first time around, but I noticed that the bottoms and interiors of the pots had darkened. I promptly returned them after the marketplace agreed to give me a refund. The following day, I received a call from customer service asking if I had put the products to use. They didn't respond to my question about how they'd be able to tell if a product had a manufacturing flaw without actually using it. Please resend my Zwilling order to me, and if there is a stock issue, refund my payment.
