I Was Given a Useless Coupon by Pazarama After My Return Was Refused
My complaint is about a product I purchased through Pazarama. The item, which I bought via a promotional campaign, broke down after 20 days. Since 15 days had passed, the seller refused to accept a return. I contacted customer service through both phone and messages, explaining that the product was defective. I reached out to the company and requested either a replacement or repair. When they finally responded, they said they couldn’t take any action and showed no interest. I personally contacted the business owner using the number provided in the contract. We reached an agreement, and I shipped the product at my own expense. They sent me a new one, and I also paid for that shipment. In total, I paid ₺370 and was asked to send receipts for reimbursement. They initially promised to refund me, but later, customer service called and said they could only issue a coupon. However, the coupon doesn’t work on discounted items. I raised this concern, but they repeated the same response—that the coupon can only be used on non-discounted products. I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that my loss be compensated.
