Lava Cast Iron Grill Pan Coating Peeling Off After Second Use

Hello there, I bought a Lava brand cast iron grill pan from Amazon.com.tr. It has a serial number B0BZPT37KN and measures 26x32 cm. The order number is 408-1659242-9977932. On its second use, the coating started to peel off. I sent the product to Amazon for inspection, but they insisted that the issue was due to user error and declined to provide a refund. Interestingly enough, I bought and used two cast iron pots from the same brand at the same time without encountering any problems. Although the products are dishwasher-safe, I prefer to handwash them using gentle materials. However, the pan became misshapen after being washed for the second time. I expect to be compensated for the difficulties I have experienced.
