Hoover Customer Service Broken Promises and Inefficient Support

I bought a Hoover dryer from Pazarama's website, and it was put in on June 6, 2023. Even though I asked Hoover customer service and the Sanliurfa Hoover service several times to extend the warranty, they always said they would get back to me later and avoided the issue. Every time I called Hoover customer service, they made a record of my complaint and registered me for a new warranty. But when I called back, they said there was no such record and made one. I called again today, July 6, 2023, to complain about the service and to sign up for another warranty. They said they would answer, but now we're back at the beginning. I've only used the machine once, so I haven't had any problems with it yet. However, I already know what I'll have to do if something goes wrong. I won't buy another Hoover product again, and I strongly advise others not to either.

You are an empty brand. Today is 26.07.2023 and despite having paid for it, the additional warranty has not been provided, and there has been no response. Absolutely do not even approach this company.

For the extended warranty, I made a payment to the service on 06.07.2023. Today, 15.09.2023, when I called customer service, the extended warranty still does not appear, and they say they will service it. Customer service only creates a complaint record; we have fallen into a complete spiral.

"The brand solved our issue, but I don't think that's enough. They also need to take action regarding the incompetent service. A competent service diagnosed my problem in half an hour and resolved it immediately. Despite repeatedly telling the brand "I am not satisfied with your service," they insisted on not sending another service. If you want your brand to grow, you should have after-sales support handled by competent individuals."
