I returned the product, and while the company refunded the purchase price, they did not reimburse the shipping cost. I called the call center and explained the issue, and the representative told me that their system doesn’t process shipping refunds automatically. Instead, customers are required to call them to request the shipping fee reimbursement. This process is neither transparent nor customer-friendly, and it puts the burden entirely on the buyer. Please be aware of this situation and think carefully before shopping from this company. If a customer forgets to call the call center, they won’t refund the shipping cost.
