Zara Exchange Problem With Store Manager
After purchasing a shirt from Zara and wearing it just once, I discovered that it made me extremely itchy and caused me to sweat excessively. When I tried to return it or exchange it, the manager of the store informed me that the fabric would cause sweating and that I should have known that beforehand. Why would I buy a shirt in Antalya that I know will make me sweat when I already have a shirt that does that? I shelled out money for an item that would sit in my closet unused. The retailer is not providing any assistance to me with regard to this matter at this time.
