Zara's Stitching Disaster and a Store Manager's Dismissiveness




Hello, I ordered a coat from the Zara store (Ankara Metromall Mall Zara) on 07.10.2023. Since it wasn't the size I wanted, they asked for a size at the store. I received it from the store a week later. I just started wearing the product. I did not wear the product when I bought it due to the good weather. When I started wearing it, I noticed that the quilting stitching was unraveled. I took the product with its box to the store where I bought it today. I mentioned the situation, and a gentleman who said he was the store manager said he could write a repair slip for the product. I told him that I had just realized that I had just started wearing the product. He replied in a harsh tone "I will write a renovation ticket, if you do not want it, you can take the product and leave." How can this quilted product be repaired? They wrote a modification slip without examining it. I insisted that it be sent to him for examination, but he did not help at all. He refused to investigate and also said that you can complain wherever you want. His tone and attitude were very disturbing. A store manager cannot treat his customers this way. I have the invoice and repair receipt. I request a replacement for this product. I definitely don't want it to be renovated. I request that necessary action be taken regarding the issue.
