Repeated Cancellation of My Order at Zara, No Reason Given

Zara canceled my order out of nowhere. what the heck?? I tried to change the order three times, hoping to finally get it, but each time it got canceled. So, I reached out to my bank to figure out what was going on with my card, thinking there might be a problem. Turns out, the cancellations had nothing to do with it. Feeling annoyed, I thought I'd give another card a shot, hoping it might change things up. But, no luck, it still got canceled. contacted Zara's customer service through their live chat for some help, they told me not to worry, and someone will hit me up soon with a fix. time is super important right now because the product I've been so excited about is almost sold out. The clock's ticking, and if the customer service team doesn't respond ASAP, I'm worried I might totally miss out on the item.
