Zara Canceled My Order Seconds After Purchase Without Reason or Follow-Up

I placed an order on Zara’s website, and just 15 seconds after completing my purchase, the order was automatically canceled without any explanation. The product was clearly marked as in stock at the time of purchase, so I don't understand how it could suddenly become unavailable that quickly.
What’s worse is that Zara doesn’t allow any request or waitlisting for restocks, nor do they offer any meaningful way to reach out and resolve the situation. There is no live customer support to help, and I’m left feeling completely ignored and disappointed.
I want the product I ordered. If the item is currently out of stock, I request that Zara either restock it for me or contact me with an appropriate resolution. This is not the experience I expect from a brand of this size. Zara, please make this right.
