Zara Online Shopping Cancellation
For about a year, I have been trying to place orders on Zara’s online store. Despite attempting multiple times with different bank cards and accounts, my orders are instantly canceled every time without any explanation. The payment is charged during checkout but immediately refunded after the cancellation, and I receive no error message or clarification. For months, I have repeatedly written to Zara and submitted requests, yet I have never received a positive response. I contacted customer service many times via Instagram and email, but I was only told that the issue lies with the banks. However, I want to emphasize that the problem is not with the banks, as I experienced the same issue using different banks. I believe my account (Z**@outlook.com) may have been mistakenly blocked or restricted, which is causing this issue. My expectation from Zara is that my account be reactivated so I can place orders smoothly from the online store. I request an urgent resolution and a written explanation regarding this matter.
