Zara Live Chat Not Working
Since April 22nd, I bought something from Zara's online store, and ever since then, the delivery date keeps changing on a daily basis. There seems to be a significant problem with the customer service representatives on live chat. You begin typing, and just as you finish the sentence "Allow us to help you," the connection suddenly cuts off. Additionally, one in every three representatives fails to provide any information. The level of customer service is extremely unsatisfactory, and at the moment, there is a lack of clarity regarding the whereabouts and delivery timeline of my package.
