I Can't Access My Zara Account Because It Was Blocked Despite My Multiple Orders
My Zara account was blocked. I suddenly logged out of my account and when I tried to log back in, I couldn't log in and I got the message “Your account has been blocked”. I don't know why it was blocked, I don't know what happened. I have so many orders, I can neither return them nor access the invoices. I wrote to 'Live Support', but they had no information, they gave nonsense answers. My account is blocked, I ask why, and they tell me to reset my password. I already have my password. I opened a new account, but my order was immediately canceled. It was also blocked immediately. Why am I blocked, tell me why... I made a return, my money still hasn't been deposited. I ask, and they say they don't have the product. One product in the same package was paid for, why not the other? I am not being helped in any way. I need a clear answer now.
