Zara Order Never Delivered After a Month – Refusing to Cancel or Resolve the Issue

It’s been over a month since I placed an order with Zara, and I still haven’t received the items. I’ve asked repeatedly for them to cancel the order, but nothing is being done. How can a store operate like this? Either send me the products or cancel the order—it's that simple! Their customer service is completely inadequate and offers no real support. Why would you sell something you don’t even have in stock? This is beyond frustrating. Zara needs to take action, review customer complaints properly, and stop leaving customers in limbo like this. I demand immediate resolution—either deliver my items or cancel and refund my money!
