Despite the fact that I've shopped at Zara's online store several times, the experience of returning merchandise that I didn't like or that was either too big or too small was a nightmare. Photos can frequently convey a completely different impression than they actually do. They did not process any refunds for me and refused to accept the return of some of the previously purchased items. Furthermore, they have not returned the products that I had previously returned. When I inquired about this, they simply stated that they are unable to process returns. Because the customer service line is currently experiencing technical difficulties, I am unable to communicate with anyone. As a result of this situation, I am both frustrated and disappointed.

Zara accepted my returns, but they haven't refunded my money and haven't reshipped the product. They don't provide any explanation and cancel orders as they please. When the product arrives, they don't contact me. Zara's online shopping has become a nightmare. They offer discounts but then deceive us.
