I Couldn't Return My Zara Items on Time Because the Return Label Arrived Late

I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience with Zara’s return process. I ordered several items, but they were much too large and unwearable. I immediately requested a return label, but despite repeated attempts, the return label was never emailed to me on time. By the time it finally arrived, the official return window had already expired—by just one day.
To make matters worse, Zara’s customer service is completely inaccessible. Their phone line doesn’t connect—no voicemail, no redirection, no explanation—just silence. I also tried contacting their live chat through the app, but apparently, that feature no longer exists. There was no way to resolve the issue in real-time.
This entire situation stems from Zara’s own system failure, yet they refused to accommodate the return even though I acted in good faith and well within the timeframe. I shop at Zara often and always believed them to be a professional and reliable brand. But this has truly been a disappointing experience.
