Zara Clothes Shrink, Fade, and Fall Apart—No Refund or Replacement Offered

I’ve had one bad experience after another with Zara products lately, and I’m beyond frustrated. I bought a sweater—the colors bled into each other. I bought shoes—the texture warped. Another sweater shrank like it was made for a 5-year-old, even though I followed the washing instructions exactly. A jacket turned to trash after a single wash. A white T-shirt turned black. A black pair of pants turned white.

When I contact Zara for support, all I get is: “If deemed appropriate, a refund may be issued.” That’s not good enough. I want the same product replaced, not vague promises. But of course, they say “out of stock” and leave me with nothing.
