I Face Missing Refund on Zara Online Returns Despite Warehouse Delivery

I purchased several products from Zara Online on [purchase date] for a total of ₺[amount]. When the items did not meet my expectations, I initiated a return through Aras Kargo and the products were delivered to Zara’s warehouse. Despite the return showing as delivered, my refund has still not been processed.

Concerned about the delay, I contacted Aras Kargo and independently found a Zara warehouse employee’s phone number. That employee admitted they had delivered the return package but explained that the warehouse was in chaos and that many other customers were facing similar issues. He implied that the staff inside the warehouse were not managing the returns efficiently, causing delays and confusion.

This situation has left me both financially and emotionally distressed. I trusted Zara for a smooth online shopping experience, but the complete lack of follow-up or clear communication has caused me significant frustration. I explicitly request the immediate processing of my refund and an official explanation of this operational failure.
