That employee admitted they had delivered the return package but explained that the warehouse was in chaos and that many other customers were facing similar issues. He implied that the staff inside the warehouse were not managing the returns efficiently, causing delays and confusion.
This situation has left me both financially and emotionally distressed. I trusted Zara for a smooth online shopping experience, but the complete lack of follow-up or clear communication has caused me significant frustration.
