Fading And Poor Quality Of Zara Products

On September 24, 2022, I bought a jacket at Zara. On May 7, 2022, I bought a T-shirt, and on November 17, 2022, I bought a coat. All of these were bought in the year 2022. All three of the items had problems with fading, which was a shame. I think the fact that I found these problems in almost all of the things I bought shows that this is not a problem with me as a customer, but rather a problem with Zara's quality. Worst of all was that I couldn't find any place where this problem was talked about. It looks like there is no way to report a problem or ask for help. I want to say how much this situation has hurt me and ask that something be done about it right away.
