Please Unblock My Device From Using Xena Live

I am writing to complain about the permanent ban imposed on my Xena Live account without a valid reason. Two weeks ago, while using Xena Live on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, I suddenly found that my device and account were permanently banned from accessing the system. The account ID that was blocked is 35687***. The only thing I had done before this ban was setting a funny background image, which in my view does not justify a lifetime ban or blocking the device. I contacted Xena Live support regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response or explanation for the ban. Being banned for life without prior warning, clear reason, or any chance to correct the situation feels extremely unfair and has completely prevented me from using the service. I request that my account and device ban be urgently reviewed, the permanent block be removed, and my access to Xena Live be restored, or at the very least that I be given a clear, detailed explanation of the reason for this action.
