Siemens DW15701 Water Dispenser Not Cooling & Excessive Noise – Refund Request

I purchased a Siemens DW15701 water dispenser from the Kızıltepe Süer dealer and had the installation done on 9 July. The very next morning we noticed that the dispenser was not cooling the water and it was making an excessively loud noise, so we understood that the product was faulty from the first day and could not use it at all. When we contacted the dealer, they did not deal with the issue and directed us to the service. The authorized service came, took measurements and recorded a video of the device. A few days later they called us and stated that there was “no problem” with the product, even though the dispenser is clearly not cooling and is very noisy during operation. I do not accept this situation because I have seen that there are many similar complaints about this model and I believe there is a factory defect. Since the product was defective from the first day and we have never been able to use it properly, I request that the Siemens DW15701 water dispenser be taken back and that my payment be fully refunded.
