91 Club failed to credit two successful UPI deposits — requesting investigation and refund
I am writing to raise a serious issue regarding two deposits I made to the 91 Club website that were not credited to my wallet, despite being successfully processed from my side. On 3 April 2026, I made a deposit of 2,000 INR via UPI (Paytm) to my 91 Club account. The amount was debited from my Paytm, but it never appeared in my 91 Club wallet. Recently, on 13 July 2026, I again deposited 2,000 INR via UPI (Paytm). As shown in the attached Paytm confirmation screenshot for a transfer of 1,998.65 INR from R*** T*** to A*** K*** K*** on 13 July 2026, the transaction was successfully completed, yet this second deposit also did not reach my 91 Club wallet. For both of these transactions, 91 Club support asked me to provide the UTR number, payment slips, PDFs, and video proof. I have already provided all the requested documents and evidence, but my deposits still have not been credited and the issue remains unresolved. I request that both of these deposits be investigated urgently, that the amounts be either credited to my 91 Club wallet or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be informed in writing of the outcome of this investigation.
