Philips Avent breast pump does not work from the first day

I purchased a Philips Avent breast pump from the E-bebek online store on 1 July 2026 for 4,799 TL. From the first day I received the product, the pump has not been working properly and does not provide suction, it cannot extract milk at all. Because of this issue I contacted both the seller and customer service and was told that they would resolve the problem. However, despite 15 days having passed, no action has been taken and the problem still continues. I request that my defective Philips Avent breast pump be quickly taken back and that either a properly functioning replacement be provided or a full refund be issued, and that this process be completed without any further delay considering that this is a product directly related to my baby’s nutrition.
