I faced a major issue with the shoes I purchased from Zalando. To start, the product looked nothing like the photos online – the colors and design were completely different, leaving me very disappointed. On top of that, the quality was shockingly low. After just a few wears, the stitching began to unravel, and cracks appeared on the sole. Given the price, I expected far better.
When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and made no effort to address my complaint or process a refund. It felt as though they ignored my concerns entirely, which left me feeling mistreated as a customer. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
Additionally, the delivery took almost a month, which was incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, their return policy is complicated, with excessive paperwork and procedures that made the process unnecessarily difficult. I wasted my time and energy trying to navigate it all.
Overall, my experience with Zalando’s shoe purchase was extremely disappointing. The product quality was subpar, customer service was poor, and the return process was overly complex. I’d rather shop elsewhere for a better experience.
