Zalando Bag Quality Disappoints – Weak Material and Poor Durability

I'm deeply disappointed with the bag I purchased from Zalando. The quality is nowhere near what I expected – the material feels flimsy and isn’t built to last. Within a short time, the bag showed visible signs of wear, and the stitching started to unravel. To make matters worse, the product looks entirely different from the photos on the website, which gave a much better impression. I feel misled by the presentation and regret spending my money on this purchase. This bag wasn’t cheap, and I expected something durable. Zalando, please take accountability for the quality of your products and either replace this item with a more reliable option or issue a full refund.
