Zalando's performance has lately been absolutely disappointing. I ordered but never got anything as their end had a problem. Though I could see the tracking was problematic, there was little I could do personally to correct it. Customer service was utterly useless when I got in touch and they merely advised me to wait. The shipment was eventually returned to them, but even though I saw it was received, I still haven't got my refund. Days have gone by and no update or sense of urgency has shown. This whole process has been taxing and aggravating. I used to trust this company, but right now I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. If you appreciate excellent service, you could choose to search elsewhere.
