I'm highly disappointed with the shoes I purchased from Zalando. The product looked nothing like the picture online – colors and design were completely different, leaving me frustrated from the start. Not only did the shoes appear mismatched with what was advertised, but the quality was shockingly poor. After only a few wears, the stitches started to come undone, and cracks began forming on the sole. For the price, I expected far better quality.
When I contacted customer service, they showed no interest in addressing my concerns or even processing a refund. Their dismissive attitude left me feeling ignored. Additionally, the shoes took nearly a month to arrive, and I was inconvenienced by an unnecessarily lengthy wait time.
Lastly, the return policy was overly complicated, requiring excessive paperwork and procedures that wasted my time and energy. Overall, Zalando’s poor-quality product, unhelpful service, and burdensome return process have been a huge letdown. I would much rather shop elsewhere in the future.
