Zalando Product Quality and Sizing Issues – Requesting Refund

I am deeply disappointed with the quality and fit of the product I received from Zalando. The material feels cheap and fragile, and even after the first wear, some stitches started coming apart, and the color began fading. I did not expect the item to deteriorate so quickly, which has left me highly unsatisfied.

Additionally, the sizing was completely off. The product I ordered was supposed to be my size, but it arrived in a completely different size and fit. Even the tag didn’t display the correct size, making the item unusable and causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

Due to these issues, I am formally requesting a refund or a replacement in the correct size. I urge Zalando to resolve this quickly, as I had higher expectations from this purchase.
