Disappointed with Wrong Items and Poor Quality in Zalando Order

My recent shopping experience with Zalando was a complete disappointment. The items I received were entirely different from what I ordered and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The fabric quality was extremely poor, wearing out quickly after just a few uses. To make matters worse, the delivery was significantly delayed, wasting my time and making the experience even more frustrating. I expected better from Zalando and am requesting that they address these issues by either offering a replacement or refund. This level of service and quality is unacceptable, and I hope Zalando takes prompt action to resolve this matter.
