Zaful Processing Delays And Lack Of Communication
Their website says one thing about processing time, like how long it takes to get stuff ready to ship, but then it takes way longer for some orders. This waiting game is no fun, especially when they don't even tell you what's going on, the other annoying part is that if something's on backorder and you want to cancel it, you can't just do it right then and there. You gotta send a message and wait for a reply, I did so a few times but many times the processing times tired me so much, as a customer, I like things to be clear and easy, and this whole processing and canceling thing feels like the opposite. I won’t be doing this again as I won’t be coming back to shop here.
