Bellewholesale Order Lack Of Updates And Inflexible Policies
I ordered some stuff a while back, standard shipping, supposed to be here in like 9-12 business days. I love your stuff usually, and you always seem pretty good about customer service, this time it’s not going well…your website says orders come in 7-25 business days, but it's been way longer than that and I haven't even heard a peep! the fact that I can't cancel or change my order once it's paid for is kinda annoying. Especially since it takes 3-7 whole days to even process things! Not exactly flexible, all I'm saying is a little communication goes a long way. An update here or there about my order would be awesome, once the order is placed I know there is no way back, why torture me like this?
