Rossmann Made Me Wait 10 Days for My Order but Then Canceled It Without Care
I ordered something on September 7, 2024, and it’s been stuck in the “processing” stage for more than 10 days now, with no shipping updates at all. I spent 3 days trying to get in touch with customer service, and finally managed to connect after waiting for 17 minutes. The rep said they’d call me back after getting my order info, but I wanted to know why I hadn’t heard from them in the last 10 days and when I could actually expect to hear back. All I received was an unclear “You will be contacted.” I asked to cancel the order, and they did it right away without trying to fix the problem. I feel really disappointed by this experience. Everyone deserves better than this kind of service. I'm not coming back here, and I wish I hadn't spent my money with them.

They called me 2 hours after I submitted my complaint on şikayetvar.com. However, it took me 3 days to reach Rossmann customer service directly. So, it seems like they can do it when they want to. Now, let's talk about my order. It was shipped immediately, but despite being in stock, they sent one of my items missing. Thankfully, they issued a refund. It seems this is the best they can manage.
