Myntra Order Update Is Vague And Not Helpful
I ordered on May 6th and was supposed to ship by May 15th, and arrive by today, yet there have been no updates at all about the status of my order. The customer service reps have always given me vague answers, telling me to "wait another 48 hours." neverhelpful; it's a general message that doesn't even acknowledge let alone address my concerns!!! I found another problem when I looked into it more: the payment method I chose was debit pay, and I did make the payment. However, the order details show that the payment was cancelled, and the order is now marked as "pay-on-delivery." Have to have clear information and responsibility about how my order and payment are handled, expect to hear back right away and be made clear about the status of my order and payment.
