Unauthorized Transactions on Yapi Kredi Credit Card

Yapi Kredi made several unauthorized withdrawals from my credit card, amounting to a total of 12,500 TL, and occurring on separate dates. After I called the bank, a request for an objection was made, but there was no follow-up or indication of concern from the bank's end. My credit card appears to have been counterfeited, but the bank makes no effort to discuss the matter with the affected customer. I demand immediate attention to be paid to this matter, as well as the repayment of the money that was taken illegally from me.
