Akbank Keeps Making Unauthorized Withdrawals Every 15 Days Without Explanation

Every 15 days, ₺1500 is consistently taken from my credit card, and the bank is unable to give a straightforward explanation. Every time I submit a complaint, they generate a service request but fail to follow up. On my recent call, they stated that I had opened another credit card, which the bank supposedly closed. Unfortunately, I have just a single credit card. I found myself wondering how a closed card could account for ongoing withdrawals of ₺1500, even if it were real. They did not offer a satisfactory response. As this problem continues without any resolution, I feel compelled to take legal action to safeguard my rights. I demand an investigation into this unwarranted withdrawal and expect the full amount to be refunded without delay.
