Tracelo Charged Without My Consent—I Want My Money Back

I’ve just discovered two unauthorized withdrawals from my account by a company called Tracelo—₺3,000 previously and now another ₺950. I did not approve or initiate these transactions. They happened completely without my knowledge or consent.

I have no idea how Tracelo got access to my payment information, and this has caused serious financial stress. Out of caution, I’ve already canceled my card to prevent further unauthorized activity. But that doesn’t solve the real problem—my money is still gone, and I have received no explanation or refund from the company.

I will be filing complaints with the relevant financial authorities and taking legal action if necessary. Tracelo, I demand that you return my ₺ immediately. This kind of unauthorized access is unacceptable, and I expect full accountability and immediate resolution.
