Vodafone's Unauthorized Fees


My Yap Kredi credit card has been deducting more than 200 TL for the past three months, which I only discovered today. When I called Vodafone customer service, the representative kept repeating the same script, which did not resolve the problem. Despite my request to transfer me to another department, they insisted on claiming they were authorized but did not transfer me. We couldn't come up with a solution. When we contacted our bank's customer service, they mentioned a virtual transaction had occurred and gave us a reference number to use for Vodafone assistance. The Vodafone representative, on the other hand, insisted on only processing actions for the specific number I dialed and refused to offer a solution. I humbly request that the appropriate authorities intervene and resolve this issue for me.
