Falla Account Banned With Error Code 1002 - Request for Reactivation

I am using the Falla app on my Redmi 13C, downloaded from the Google Play Store. On Friday, my account suddenly got banned and now I see the message “Account has been banned [code 1002]” when I try to log in. My Falla ID is 4202*** and my username is SUNNY. I was only doing online recharge through Google, and I have not violated any rules or done anything harmful within the app to my knowledge. The ban happened without any prior warning or clear explanation. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail and that the ban on my account be removed so that my ID 4202*** / username SUNNY can be reactivated. If there is any specific reason or evidence for this ban, I also request that it be clearly shared with me.
