I recently made a purchase on Stardoll using my debit card through Xsolla. The transaction amount of ₺98 was not withdrawn from my account, and instead, a block was placed on my account. When I contacted my bank about the issue, they informed me there was nothing they could do on their end to resolve it. This is the first time I've encountered an issue like this, and I am unsure how to proceed. I need assistance from Xsolla to remove the block and ensure the transaction goes through smoothly. I’d appreciate prompt support to resolve this problem and restore my account access.
