Xsolla Withdrew ₺439 From My Ziraat Bank Account Without My Consent Or Subscription
On August 20, 2025, an amount of ₺439.00 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account by Xsolla, under provision code 338825. The description shows Prpsfnsl service, but I have never subscribed to or created an account with Xsolla. In fact, this is the very first time I have even heard of the company.
I have no idea how this transaction was processed, and it was carried out completely without my knowledge or authorization. I did not approve any payment, nor do I have any active memberships or subscriptions connected to Xsolla. This makes the situation both suspicious and concerning.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized ₺439 immediately and request that Xsolla, along with my bank, take the necessary steps to prevent such unauthorized withdrawals in the future. Customers should never have to worry about unknown companies deducting money from their accounts without consent.
