Stardoll Payment Issue—Unable to Buy Stardollars or Superstar Status
For the past two days, I have been unable to purchase Stardollars or upgrade to Superstar status on Stardoll.
At first, Xsolla support told me to wait 48 hours, claiming the issue would resolve itself. However, the 48-hour period has passed, and nothing has changed. Now, they are saying the problem is with my card, but I have tried using different cards and payment methods, and the same issue persists.
Despite my repeated attempts to get help, they keep giving me the same unhelpful responses without providing an actual solution.
Stardoll, I demand this issue be resolved immediately! I expect a working payment system or an alternative solution.
