I Bought 3000 SD for ₺300 on Stardoll But Didn’t Receive Them
I purchased the 3000 Stardollars (SD) package for ₺300 on my Stardoll account, but the SD was never credited. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, and I also received a purchase receipt from Xsolla, confirming that the transaction was completed.
Despite this, my account still shows zero SD, and it's been long enough to know this isn't just a delay. I've paid for a service and received nothing—this is unacceptable.
I demand an immediate resolution: either credit the 3000 SD to my Stardoll account without further delay or issue a full refund for the ₺300 I spent. This isn’t a minor issue—it’s a clear failure to deliver a purchased digital product.
