I purchased 1000 Robux from Roblox, but the transaction was never approved or completed. Despite this, ₺408.34 was still withdrawn from my account by Xsolla_Roblox. The payment status even said “immediate refund,” yet I still haven’t received my money back.
This is incredibly frustrating. I didn’t get the Robux, and now I’m left waiting without any communication or resolution. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money for a failed transaction and then ignore refund responsibilities.
I’m requesting that my ₺408.34 be refunded immediately. If I don’t receive my money back soon, I will be forced to take the matter to consumer protection authorities.
Roblox, please resolve this issue promptly and ensure that your payment partner Xsolla handles refunds responsibly. Your users deserve transparency and respect.
