I transferred $408 to the account provided by XM to fund my trading account. However, my deposit never appeared in my XM account. When I contacted customer support, they told me that bank transfers can take up to 24 hours to process. I accepted that and waited, but now it has been over 30 hours, and my money is still missing.
When I reached out again, they simply said the finance team is investigating with no clear update or resolution. It is unacceptable that a financial platform handling user funds cannot even track a deposit. There is zero transparency, and no one is actually helping me.
