On May 21, 2025, I deposited $830 into my XM trading account using the same method I’ve always used without any problems. But this time, the money never arrived in my account. It didn’t go through, nor was it refunded. It’s like the funds just disappeared into thin air.
Since then, I’ve been emailing support daily and contacting the live chat team nonstop. All I keep hearing is, “We’re investigating.” No resolution. No progress. No accountability. I didn’t do anything different, yet now I’m left without access to my money, and support refuses to take real action.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in XM. I used to consider them reliable, but this issue—and their lack of urgency to fix it—proves otherwise. I strongly warn anyone thinking of opening a new account: be careful. If this happened to me, it could happen to you too. I demand that XM either credit my ₺27,000+ or issue a full refund immediately. Enough stalling—take responsibility and fix this now!
