On November 20, 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request for 1,070 USD from my XM investment account. However, even after several days, more than half of this amount has still not been paid to me, and only approximately $447 USD was deposited into my bank account. A significant portion of the amount I requested remains unpaid.
Throughout this process, I contacted XM multiple times via live chat and email. They asked me to provide my bank transaction history and made other unreasonable requests that had nothing to do with the missing portion of the payment. I do not understand why I am being asked to prove the absence of money that was never sent to me in the first place. This approach has made me feel both victimized and insecure.
What I request from XM is that the remaining unpaid amount be transferred to me as soon as possible without any deductions, and that they provide a clear and direct explanation — along with an apology — for the communication issues and difficulties they put me through. If I am experiencing this with a relatively small amount, I am genuinely concerned about what customers withdrawing larger sums might be facing.
