I Deposited Funds to My XM Global Account But Still Haven’t Received Them After 24+ Hours

On April 7, 2025, at exactly 20:23, I made a deposit to my XM Global trading account. It’s now been well over 24 hours, and the funds still haven’t appeared in my account. I’ve followed every instruction correctly and expected a timely transaction as promised on their platform.

I immediately contacted support via email, but no one has responded. The only automated message I received said, “It may take up to 24 hours.” Well, it’s already beyond that window, and I still haven’t received my money—or even a proper update.

This is completely unacceptable from a platform that claims to be globally reliable and responsive. I’m trying to trade, but now my capital is stuck in limbo with no transparency.

XM Global, I demand an immediate resolution. Either complete the deposit into my account or issue a full refund. Your silence and delay are harming your users.
