So, I bought a Xiaomi smart vacuum cleaner because I thought it would be a good idea. When I had to send it in to get fixed, the warranty was still good. I thought it would be as good as new when I finally got it back after 1.5 months. I sure was wrong. The thing can't even turn on its own anymore. I've tried everything, from updates to factory resets, but it still won't work. Seriously, is this the quality I should expect from a product that only a year old and cost a lot of money? I want it fixed completely or replaced with a brand new one. Xiaomi, get your act together and make something that is actually worth the money. Otherwise I'll be really sad.
