My Telegram account with the username @Xiomquba_1996 was frozen without any clear explanation. I was busy with other work, and when I later checked my phone, I discovered that my account had suddenly been frozen and I could no longer use it normally. After noticing the issue, I attempted between 20 and 50 times to contact SpamBot in order to understand the reason and resolve the problem, but this did not help and my situation remains unresolved. I have not been provided with any clear reason for the restriction, and I do not understand why my account was frozen. I kindly request that my Telegram account @Xiomquba_1996 be unfrozen and that my full access be restored so that I can continue using the application without interruption.

I got all the details. I was continuously using my Telegram handle for client satisfaction. The violent content you are referring to was not posted by me. The same video was originally posted in another group from China. Someone downloaded it from there and re-uploaded it to defame my business — and unfortunately, they succeeded in their plan. I can show you the group and the original post. Please check carefully who posted the video first. Why wasn’t that account frozen? I feel like I was made an easy target. I kindly request you once again to review everything properly and verify who is actually responsible. I have done nothing wrong. This is clearly a planned attempt to defame my business. Please release and unfreeze my account as soon as possible. I have suffered significant losses because of this. I am also a continuous Telegram Premium subscriber. My competitor paid him a little and he did something foolish against me. I am also investigating this matter and will find out the truth as soon as possible. Now I have clarified everything. I respectfully request you to unfreeze my Telegram handle and restore my limits. I have not done anything against Telegram’s policies. I am a regular Telegram user, and I always preferred to communicate with my clients on Telegram rather than WhatsApp. Please review my case again and take appropriate action.
