Garena Fails to Restore Hacked Free Fire Account With Purchases

My Free Fire account, which was linked to my Facebook profile, was hacked approximately 6–10 days ago. Since this incident, I have completely lost access to both my Facebook account and my Free Fire account. Facebook now shows my account as disabled, and my Free Fire account does not open at all. In this hacked Free Fire account, I invested approximately 120,000 during 2025, and I still have full proof of these investments and payments. Despite this, I am unable to access my game data, purchases, or any items associated with the account. I have tried to contact Free Fire / Garena support through the application and available contact methods, but I have not received any effective assistance or solution so far. My account remains inaccessible, and all of my purchases are effectively stuck in the hacked account. I request that my original Free Fire account linked to my disabled Facebook account be restored to me with all my purchases and data intact, or, if recovery is not possible, that the full amount I invested (approximately 120,000) be refunded based on the proof I can provide. I expect this issue to be investigated seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
